Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send a Return Request to info@shopluvh.com, detailing the reason for your return.

  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Confirmation email. Ship your item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. (Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except for orders over $150, which may qualify for free returns. If eligible, we'll provide a paid shipping label via email.)

  3. Ensure the item(s) have attached labels/tags, and they are unwashed and unused.

Please note:

  • LUVH Inc does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • After confirming the correct return and approving the request, we'll issue a STORE CREDIT equal to your original purchase amount.

Returns conditions:

  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted and could be sent back to the customer.
  • Items marked as SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; all SALE purchases are final.
